The EDP Center of Business School Held a Phased Work Report Meeting

On the morning of September 21, the EDP Center of Business School held a phased work report meeting in the conference room II of Building A. Zhao Laijun, dean of Business School and managing director of the EDP Center, Ge Yuhui, executive deputy director of the EDP Center, Zhang Baoming, director of the Comprehensive Office, as well as all faculty and staff of the Center attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Baoming summarized the work of the EDP Center for the first half of the year. He presented a comprehensive overview of the main work and outcomes, shortcomings and challenges encountered by the Center in different areas, such as student enrollment, marketing growth, curriculum development, faculty training, and staff recruitment.

Ge Yuhui outlined the Center’s work objectives and plans for the second half of the year and addressed several critical issues. He mentioned that 2023 is a vital phase for the development of the EDP Center, which poses a significant challenge. The center is constantly adjusting its working methods, forging ahead, taking the initiative to establish collaborations with enterprises, and has achieved various positive outcomes.

Zhao Laijun affirmed the work progress of the EDP Center. For future work, he put forward some requirements in terms of market expansion, team building, training development and other aspects: firstly, Firstly, he suggested fully utilizing the advantageous geographical location of the Fuxing Road Campus to carry out active training and admission activities. Secondly, he emphasized the importance of strengthening team building by attracting outstanding talents and expanding the enrollment team. Lastly, he suggested utilizing the resources of the school and expanding training cooperation.
