In order to promote the cooperation between enterprises and universities, integrate and play the resource advantages of talents, practical training and scientific research in universities, and strengthen scientific research exchanges and personnel training, on the afternoon of June 28th, 2023, EDP Center "Central Enterprise Leadership and Party Building Training Class" started successfully, more than 30 middle and senior managers from China Energy and China Grain Reserves Group participated in the training.
Ge Yuhui, head of the Department of Business Administration and executive deputy director of the EDP Center, gave a lecture on "Leadership Reshaping and Promoting in the Digital Age" based on the characteristics of the digital age. He said that the digital age showed the characteristics of "vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity"; the driving force of the new generation had become more free and autonomous, resulting in many changes in the enterprise management model, the organisation's strategic management, collaboration model and organisational model would become more flexible and agile, the digital age not only brought us huge opportunities but also presented new challenges for leaders.
The course elaborated on three aspects: "Connotation of Digital Transformation and Its Challenges to Management", "Leadership Reshaping in the Digital Age", and "Leadership Promoting in the Digital Age". It was mainly focused on Digital Leadership Promoting Path, Specific Leadership Promoting Skills, Executive Force Promoting Training, Advanced Communication Skills, Work Efficiency Improving Skills, Monitoring Capability Promoting, Motivation Capability Promoting, etc.
