In order to further implement the strategy of strengthening the alliance of talents and innovation-driven development strategy, explore innovative talent training mode, and focus on strengthening the construction of young and middle-aged talents, Inner Mongolia Xilin Gol League organized the implementation of the 1230 Talent Training Project. 30 people are selected every 2 years from 12 talent teams including the alliance's existing innovation and entrepreneurial talent, business management talent, professional and technical talent, highly skilled talent, social work talent, practical talent in rural areas, non-public economic talent, publicity and cultural talent, tourism talent, party and government talent, education talent, health talent and so on, tracking, training and providing key support, to make them become business experts, academic and technical backbone or leading talents in their respective fields. This 1230 propaganda and cultural talents special training course was held from April 14 to 20, 2023.
Professor Fan Chongjun was invited to give a lecture on Analysis of the Development of China's Digital Economy for the special training course. Professor Fan Chongjun firstly elaborated the connotation of digital economy; then analyzed the development of China's digital economy in the past three years and the development characteristics of digital economy in the world; then affirmed the achievements made by Inner Mongolia and Xilin Gol League in the field of digital economy and gave development suggestions; finally, he introduced some hot technologies and application status to the participants, such as: big data, cloud computing, Finally, we introduced some hot technologies and applications to the participants, such as: big data, cloud computing, new infrastructure, artificial intelligence, blockchain, meta-universe, smart manufacturing and industrial IoT, etc.
