In the afternoon of April 17, Zhu Chunlin, Secretary of Party General Branch of Shanghai Supercomputing Center, Li Lijing, Director of Human Resources Department, and Guo Peqing, Vice Director of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Department, visited the Business School. Secretary of Party Committee of Business School Ma Jingbo received Zhu Chunlin and his delegation and held a discussion and exchange. Zhu Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Department of Information Management and Information Systems and Vice President of the Institute of E-Commerce Development, Wang Qujian, full-time organizer of the Party Committee, and representatives of teachers of the Department of Information Management and Information Systems attended the seminar. Zhu Chunlin said in his speech that the Business School has made remarkable achievements in recent years in talent training and discipline construction, which is admirable. As an important scientific research institution serving national strategies and Shanghai's development, the Shanghai Supercomputing Center focuses on urban development, public services and technological progress to build a research hub for computing science and a highland for supercomputing applications. He said that there is great room for in-depth cooperation between the supercomputing center and the college in many aspects such as joint party building and resource sharing, and looked forward to further exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.

Zhu Xiaodong introduced the faculty of the Department of Information Management and Information System, the construction of the new engineering specialty of Artificial Intelligence and the grassroots party building of the school-level model party branch, and expressed his gratitude to Shanghai Supercomputing Center for its support as the host of Shanghai Open Big Data Analysis Challenge for Universities for three years. Li Lijing introduced the supercomputing center's cooperation with the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAS) on internship for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students and the joint training base for postgraduates with CAS, and made suggestions on the cooperation between the two parties on joint party building. Guo Peiqing introduced the application process of supercomputing resources and the use of Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Public Computing Service Platform.
At the meeting, the Party Committee of the School and the General Party Branch of Shanghai Supercomputing Center formed a joint party building partner unit. After that, the two sides had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the next cooperation.
