We must adhere to the priority development of education, self-reliance and self-strengthening of science and technology, and drive with talent, accelerating the construction of an education powerhouse, a science and technology powerhouse, and a talent powerhouse... The Business School at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology fully implements the CPC's education policy and actively builds a new P-Series extracurricular program, laying a solid foundation for the country's strength and cultivating management talents capable of shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
On February 25, 2023, the final of the P-Business Business Simulation Challenge organized by the Professional Degree Education Center of the Business School at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology was held in the first conference room of the Information Center. Eight teams advanced to the final round of the competition.

At the beginning of the competition, Zhao Laijun, Dean of the Business School at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, delivered a speech to congratulate the organizers of the business competition. After listening to the rules explained by the guiding teacher, the competition officially began at the end of the trial operation fiscal year! The on-site judges asked targeted questions on market research, business planning, feasibility analysis, and other aspects. The participants passionately discussed and accurately evaluated the raw materials of their companies, seized sales opportunities to sell their respective products in a timely manner, and ultimately completed the overall operation management of their companies on the competition field.

After two intense fiscal years of competition and judging by mentors, the champion, runner-up, third-place, and outstanding companies have each selected a team. The champion company is Eternal Care team, the runner-up company is Medicine is Here team, the third-place company is Happy Toys team, and the outstanding company is Nursing Home team. Among them, Liu Yifan won the Best CEO award, Xu Gang won the Best Marketing Manager award, Ma Wenting won the Best Operations Manager award, and Bai Xixi won the Best Product Manager award.

Best CEO Liu Yifan: Thank you very much for being elected as the Best CEO in this business competition. On behalf of our team, I would like to express our respect and gratitude to all participating teams and judges. We actively participated and prepared carefully throughout the competition, and the biggest gain for us was our teamwork ability. Each person in our team played to their strengths, and everyone's contribution was indispensable in achieving victory. We realize that competition is inevitable, but cooperation is the key to win-win. Best Marketing Manager Xu Gang: Whether it was preparing for the roadshow together in the early stage or on the day of the competition, everyone cooperated very well and gave their best. In the first round, we chose to cooperate with other groups, borrowed a large amount of funds to buy equipment, and started production as soon as possible, which saved time but resulted in a relatively high debt ratio.
