Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Science and Technology announced the list of projects approved by the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation for the 2023 Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan. Pan Lingying, a faculty from our school, has got her project approval.
The Shanghai Natural Science Foundation was established by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission to profoundly implement the innovation-driven development strategy and accelerate the construction of a globally influential scientific and technological innovation center. Among them, the general projects aim to strengthen basic research and application of basic research in Shanghai, encourage free exploration, enhance innovation ability, and further consolidate the foundation of science and technology development in this city. The implementation period of general projects is 3 years, with a quota subsidy of 200000 RMB for each project.
Our school will continue to maintain good momentum, intensify the special counselling for the applications to Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and so that more teachers can be approved next year.
