On December 2, the EDP Center of Business School successfully concluded the teacher training course about innovation and entrepreneurship first-class curriculum and ERP experiential teaching. This training was organized by EDP Center of Business School of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, aiming to help teachers build innovative and entrepreneurial courses and strengthen the training of international senior management talents and various types of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. More than 30 teachers from Shanghai Normal University attended this training.
The training included four sessions and mainly focused on Application of First-class Undergraduate Courses, Practical Guidance of Teaching Competition of Career and Entrepreneurship Course, Practical Guidance of Internet+ Competition and ERP National Laboratory Sandbox Simulation, which combined the frontier theory of teaching with the practical work of teaching, and comprehensively improved the overall teaching ability of teachers and helped the innovative development of teachers and the university.
In the training class, Prof. Ge Yuhui talked about Application of First-class Undergraduate Courses. Professor Ge shared the construction requirements and evaluation criteria of national first-class courses with the example of the national first-class course Human Resource Management, which he personally created. Prof. Yu Mingliang introduced the application of sandbox simulation software in teaching around the theme of ERP national laboratory sandbox simulation practice; Prof. Wang Weihong analyzed the rules and practices of teacher innovation competition; Dr. Zhan Pengpeng introduced the key points of practical guidance and important breakthroughs of the Internet+ competition.

Because of the epidemic, this training was mainly conducted in the form of online live broadcast, but during the learning process, the trainees still actively participated and listened carefully. After the training, the trainees said that the training helped them to improve their teaching ability and innovation and entrepreneurship guidance, expanded their teaching thinking and inspire their teaching.
