On November 24, 2022, Professor Fan Chongjun of BS-USST was invited to attend the “2022 Dalian (Jinpu) Digital Economy Summit Forum”, which was jointly hosted by Dalian Jinpu New Area Management Committee and Beijing Zhongguancun Information Valley Asset Management Co. JMP New Area, together with Pudong New Area and Xiong’an New Area, is a national new area with an important strategic position and has been developing rapidly in recent years in terms of industry digitalization.
With the theme of “cultivating science and technology innovation ecology and stimulating the vitality of Jinpu digital intelligence”, the event was held through various forms such as theme sharing, key project signing, innovation cooperation platform unveiling, growth star selection and commendation, and science and technology innovation exhibition to jointly exchange and discuss the way to explore the development of Jinpu digital economy. Due to the epidemic control, the event was held online and offline at the same time, and the number of online viewers was nearly 50,000.
In the session of Digital Economy Summit, Prof. Fan Chongjun, as the first speaker, gave a speech titled “Digital Economy and Enterprise Digital Intelligence Transformation”. He introduced the development and characteristics of digital economy and enterprise digital transformation in the past two years at home and abroad, analyzed the development and characteristics of Liaoning and Dalian, affirmed the achievements of Dalian and Jinpu New Area in the digitalization of real economy, and gave some development suggestions for the industrial base characteristics of Dalian and Jinpu New Area. In his speech, he also introduced the pilot demonstration projects of smart manufacturing and industrial internet, as well as the ideas and blueprints for the transformation of enterprises into digital intelligence. His speech was highly recognized by the relevant leaders and guests.
