Good News! 20 Projects of Our School Funded in the First Batch of Industry-College Cooperation Education Projects 2022 by Ministry of Education

Recently, the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education announced the list of the first batch of Ministry of Education Industry-College Cooperation Education Projects in 2022. A total of 39 projects were proposed in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, among which 20 projects were funded in the business school, accounting for 51.3% of the total number of projects in the university, which is the largest number of projects in our school in a single time.

The Ministry of Education's Industry-College Cooperation Education Project is an important initiative of the state to deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the reform of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. The leadership of the college attaches great importance to the work of Industry-College Cooperation Education, and adopts the idea of early planning, early implementation and practical effect, and started to prepare the declaration of the 2022 Industry-College Cooperation Education Project in December last year, spanning nearly one year. The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs provided complete support and services for the project declaration through a series of measures such as making plans, decomposition to people, counseling and consultation, and process management. The departments and the applicants overcame the serious impact of the epidemic and continued to push forward the work of enterprise matching, material review and declaration submission.

The grants of 20 Industry-College Cooperation Education Projects of the Ministry of Education has promoted the in-depth development of the integration of industry-education and university-enterprise cooperation in the school, which is conducive to strengthening the integration of theory and practice of undergraduate teaching in our school and further enhancing the ability to train undergraduate talents for the main battlefield of economy and for the major needs of the country.
