On September 16th, the enterprise safety production management training course of the Executive Development Programs Center of the Business School of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology was successfully opened. The trainees from Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Materials Group Shanghai Co., Ltd. attended the training.
As one of the key shifts of EDP Center's series of courses, this training course aims to comprehensively improve the trainees' comprehensive quality and ability for enterprise safety production and industrial engineering management, improve their awareness of risk prevention, and promote the safe and healthy development of enterprises. To ensure the training quality, Liu Qinming, the associate professor of the Business School and the head of the Department of Industrial Engineering of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, was invited to the training. Dr. Liu focused on the concept of enterprise safety production, the requirements for the implementation of main responsibilities and other relevant important factors. Dr. Liu explained the detailed safety elements in production management, starting from production, market, sales, transportation and other links, he also elaborated the specific methods of safety production management cost control. In view of the particularity of the industry in which the enterprise is categorized, Dr. Liu cited practical cases such as Anhui Anqing Wanhua Oil Products, Zhejiang Linjiang Chemical to help students further clarify the basic ideas of safety production management and put forward relevant suggestions.
Enterprise safety production involves various departments and various factors, which are specific and complex. The business processes are interlinked. A little disconnection may lead to safety problems. In the class, the students had a strong discussion atmosphere, active interaction and active thinking.
