1、 Project overview
The Fourteenth Five Year Plan Digital Economy Development Plan is a policy boost, which proposes to take technological innovation as the core, data empowerment as the key, emerging information infrastructure as the foundation, and integrated talents as the support to vigorously promote digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, to make the digital economy bigger and stronger. In the context of new growth opportunities for industrial digital transformation, the demand for talents in digital related posts in all industries has increased across the board. Digitalization has begun to replace internationalization as the new trend of high-level talents.
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and in accordance with the deployment of the National Education Conference and the requirements of the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform, the Ministry of Education, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Market Supervision, have formulated the Pilot Plan for the Implementation of the System of Academic Certificates+Several Vocational Skill Grades in Schools and Universities. The pilot work of the academic certificate+several vocational skill level certificates (1+X certificate for short) system was launched. Since 2019, focusing on serving the needs of the country, market demand and improving the employability of students, the Business School have started the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system from about 10 fields.
In order to meet the higher requirements and standards for future high-end accounting talents in the digital era, cultivate professionals with strategic forward-looking thinking, enable them to have various skills and qualities in a world of continuous technological innovation and globalization, and meet the needs of the future industry, Golden Education Group specially entrusted the Executive Development Programs Center (EDP Center) of the Business School of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology to undertake the basic accounting courses, and hold training courses for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Chartered Financial Analyst (hereinafter referred to as ACCA and CFA Training Courses).
The ACCA and CFA training courses are mainly aimed at cultivating students' comprehensive abilities in accounting.

It is estimated to start from October 2022 (the starting date may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as epidemic).

On campus classrooms of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (the courses may also be opened online due to force majeure factors such as epidemic)

One year (no other similar entrusted training program will be accepted during this period)
