On September 22, the first courses for entrepreneurship & innovation and the ERP experiential teaching faculty training were successfully opened. Ge Yuhui, Executive Deputy Director of the EDP Center of the Business School of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and Pan Tong, Deputy Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Shanghai Normal University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Baoming, Director of the EDP Center General Office of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
Professor Ge Yuhui first introduced the basic overview of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Business School, EDP Center and characteristic courses to the students. He said that the Business School has been committed to the cultivation of international senior management talents and various types of innovation and entrepreneurship talents. It is a great honor to communicate and learn from each other with the faculties of Shanghai Normal University. Finally, Professor Ge Yuhui wished this training a great success.
Dean Pan mentioned that first-class courses cannot be separated from first-class teachers, and it is imperative to strengthen the training of faculties for entrepreneurship & innovation. He hoped that through this training, they can learn from the experience of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in entrepreneurship & innovation, and promote the characteristic development of entrepreneurship & innovation education in Shanghai Normal University.
In order to implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the New Era National Undergraduate Education Conference and the Implementation Plan for Accelerating Education Modernization (2018-2022); Actively responding to the Double 10000 Plan of the Ministry of Education's first-class undergraduate courses, and helping faculties build a golden course of innovation & entrepreneurship, the Executive Development Programs Center of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology has planned and organized this training course for entrepreneurship & innovation and ERP experiential teaching faculties. The project adopts the mode of combining classroom teaching with practical teaching, including national first-class undergraduate course construction guidance and course display, practice guidance of innovation & entrepreneurship competition, ERP sand table simulation teaching training of national laboratory enterprise operation and other modules, aiming to improve innovation & entrepreneurship golden course curriculum design and experiential teaching skills through experiential teaching methods.
