In recent years, the school attaches great importance to the introduction of talents. Among the 10 national funds approved this time, 6 are obtained by teachers (including postdocs) introduced in the past three years, accounting for 60%. In 2022, according to the requirements of the university, the school has continuously improved the application and organization of national projects, and further increased the support for the application of national projects. By arranging the personnel meeting in advance, studying the application direction, inviting expert guidance, accurately matching experts, and experts' one to one guidance, the application form was carefully polished, which greatly improved the quality of the application.
