In order to promote the employment of our graduates, on the afternoon of April 22, 2019, the special recruitment fair for 2019 graduates of the School of Management of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology was successfully held in the special recruitment hall for college students. This special job fair invited 46 companies including Xiamen International Bank, Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, and China Railway Bridge Bureau Group Co., Ltd. to participate in the recruitment, providing nearly 240 jobs. Wang Wei, secretary of the party committee of the college, and Yao Xiuwen, deputy secretary, went to the job fair to have a cordial exchange with representatives of employers and graduates. Counselors of the 2019 graduating class attended the job fair.
This job fair is mainly for 2019 graduates, but also for juniors who need internships. The atmosphere at the job fair was very enthusiastic. Graduates holding carefully prepared resumes and certificates, actively communicated with recruiters and took the initiative to understand the situation of employers. Corporate recruiters introduce the company profile, personnel requirements, salary and benefits to the students through face-to-face communication. Finally, about 45 students and employers reached preliminary intentions for employment.
The special job fair for graduates is one of the highlights of the undergraduate employment work of the School of Management. The school will strengthen the communication between the school and the enterprise, further deepen the cooperation, build a job search platform for graduates, and provide talent support for enterprise development.
