报告主要内容：This seminar reports on a series of three studies of opportunism in the domain of IS consulting. First, a field study informed development of a Theory of Relationship Constraints. Second, as both consultants and their clients use signaling and screening to reduce information asymmetry, a second field study detailed signaling and screening actions preceding a consulting engagement. Third, client project managers perceptions of the effectiveness of common opportunism constraints in China, Saudi Arabia, and the US were investigated and reveal national differences.
